Here at Simply Fate, adorable fashion doesn’t have to be expensive. We want you to love shopping online as much as we do! If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us for order assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All items are inspected before shipment and are sent to you at the highest quality.
  • All exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipment
  • All items must be exchanged and/or given store credit.  NO RETURNS/REFUNDS.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags and included accessories (removable belts, straps, etc.). 
  • Final sale/clearance items cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • Store credit is issued by gift certificate. 
  • The buyer is responsible for all exchange shipping/mailing fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We inspect all exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full exchange based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to refusal of exchange or store credit.
  • By purchasing from simplyfateclothing.com you agree to all of these terms and conditions.

EXCHANGE PACKAGE RETURN PROCESS

  • Please contact simplyfateclothing@gmail.com to request an exchange form.
  • Once you receive the form, fill it out and follow the directions on the form.
  • Address your package to:

  • Send your package to us via the shipping method of your choice. 
  • We recommend delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your package as Simply Fate is not responsible for lost exchange packages without tracking information.
  • Once we receive the package your exchange will take 7-10 business days. 
  • We will email you once everything is processed and completed.

CHECKOUT

  • Please make sure the billing address you enter during checkout matches the billing address on your credit card statement. If the addresses differ, your order may not be processed.
  • If your order still runs into an error during checkout, please consider using a PayPal account to complete your transaction.
  • If you are unsure your payment went through, please contact us for billing assistance.
